Friday Night Fights
Another week...another outstanding Friday Night Fights that saw the continuation of a streak and the introduction of a new match type for the Final Challenge!
Round One: Grier defeated Dralnu, Blackburne beat Ozzadnar, Andriss overcame Deicide and Fuzzball took out Nukum.
Round Two: Kaczmanchoy beat Grier, Atreties defeated Blackburne, Andriss took out Machka and Glass overcame Fuzzball.
Semi-Finals: Kaczmanchoy defeated Atreties and Glass beat Andriss.
Finals: Glass defeated Kaczmanchoy to claim his Fifth FnF Championship!
In an effort to mix things up a bit and offer the consistent champion a larger challenge, a new match type for the Final Challenge was introduced a match called...Gut Check. Six fighters from the field of defeated competitors were placed on a squad and given the chance to face Glass one after the other. When one fell the next would step up to take their place and the match would continue until either the squad beat the Champion of he beat them.
Final Challenge: Glass vs. Andriss, Grier, Kaczmanchoy, Fuzzball, Deicide and Atreties.
Glass held his own against Andriss but perpetual challenger Grier delivered some massive damage to the Champion before he fell leaving the way open for Kaczmanchoy to take Glass out of the match.
From the looks of it, future Champions will have a choice as to their Final Challenge..the traditional Pride & Trust Match or the supremely difficult Gut Check Match. Of course, they can still choose to walk away.
Thanks to everyone who came out tonight and we look forward to seeing you all next week. Again, I repeat the question.."Is their anyone out there who can end Glass' Championship reign?" He's back again next week looking for title number six.

2008 Summer Lottery
Chae and Mutilator organized a Lottery event Friday on the Centaurus server. Players gathers around as they granted black dye, skill and experience boosters, and a General British beret provided by the Dev_Avatea.
