Name your character
- Select a First and Last Name for your character. Your last name will become your Global name and all subsequent characters will share this last name. THIS CHOICE CAN NOT BE UNDONE.
- Both the first and last name may be up to 15 alphanumeric characters in length. You may not use the name of any NPC or item that exists in game. Names may not violate the Tabula Rasa User Agreement. (link needed)
Select your Appearance
- You can customize the appearance of your character by using the available options in the character creation panel. Gender, Body Size, Face, Hair, and your armor can all be selected by scrolling through the available styles. Color can be modified by clicking the color patch next to each option and using the color wheel.
- If you choose, a player can use the “random” option to create a character in place of manually customizing your character.
- Since all characters start out as recruits, you will not be required to select a class when creating a character. Once you are satisfied with your characters name and appearance, select the Accept button and you will be taken to boot camp to start your training.
A note about cloning
A player can clone their characters at any point throughout the game and will be prompted to do so each time a new tier is reached. During the cloning process, you will be taken to the character creation screen and must select a new FIRST name. At this time, you will also be able to customize your clone by changing their gender or appearance.
