Engineers achieve their goals primarily through construction of temporary structures and disposable weapons on the battlefield which can serve to augment a squad’s effectiveness.
Engineers differ from their demolitionist counterparts by deploying machines to inflict some of their damage for them. This approach favors combat against varied forces or smaller groups, but it’s difficult for engineers to create the same shock and casualty values in larger encounters.
Base Wave
- Supports nearby allies by improving their armor regeneration and damage resistance for two minutes
- Consumes a full level of adrenaline
Turret
- Deploys a turret that fires at any nearby targets; targets can, in turn, attack and destroy the turret
- Advanced training allows multiple turrets, each delivering a different form of attack (i.e. Physical, Sonic, EM, Laser, Virulent)
Feedback
- Causes damage tp a target or group of enemies when the target performs a hostile action on the Engineer or performs a beneficial action on their allies
- Requires Consumer Grade Micromech and power to initiate
Bot Construction
- Assembles robots that have varying functionality on the battlefield
- These robots are held together for a short time
- Advanced training yields different types of bots
- Requires Power and Weapons Grade Micromech
Trap
- Mimics the deployment of a turret, but these devices are rigged to explode with destructive force when they are attacked. The damage types that traps inflict mirror the deployable turret types
