PTS Update on 5/09/2008

We will be running a script tomorrow May 9th, 8AM to 10AM Central on the Public Test Server to test a bug fix for character names. The bug would block certain players from re-using a character name once they changed it. This should now be resolved on PTS once the script has been applied.
