What have we been up to? Here’s the Breakdown from Dev and Community!
Statistics from the last 2 weeks:
855 mission rewards have been reevaluated and replaced with new items.
38 instances now have portable waypoints at the beginning of the mission to make it faster to go back to the beginning.
857 bugs fixed!

- Do General British, General Darkstarr, SFC Sarah Morrison, etc., have a server preference? It's been a while since I've seen them in-game and sometimes I wonder if I chose a (US) server they don't play on?
- The Dev and Community Reps do not just stay on one server, but make an appearance on all servers through different events. In fact, you can catch Sarah Morrison, General British, and Dev_Critters for a Roleplay Event at Foreas Base during DE Day (Defeat of Earth Day) to remember fallen victims and Earth. - With the dramatic changes with attributes coming to PTS, will you give another respec?
- Yes, we do plan to give out another repec (this time with a clean attribute list) for the next patch.
- Can you warn players when you get a timed mission?
- You should get an indicator when you receive a timed mission. If you find that you don’t, that would be a bug, and will need to be submitted to our QA department. Also, if you do fail a mission in Tabula Rasa, you will most likely be able to retake it.
- Sacrifice seems to have changed, but I don’t see a patch note.
- The patch note for sacrifice was listed in 1.2 instead of 1.3, sorry about that! The Sacrifice ability was providing damage bonuses that were much higher than intended. These have been corrected to the values given on the ability tooltips.
- Hi, I am not able to access instances: Hallowing Death Burrow and Sanctus Grotto.
- The instances are not online at the moment, but should be open in the next build. However, the Faultlever instance should be open. If for some reason you can’t get in, please let us know.
- What do I do when some is spamming in chat?
- You can do two things; the first is to /ignore the player so that their chat no longer appears on your screen. Also, you can /petition the player so that Game Support can warn the player or remove them from the game.
- I can’t find my auction after the server restart.
- Don’t worry, the Military Surplus takes a few minutes to show up after the server is restarted.
- Sometimes I can’t target a mob that is shooting at me from a long distance. Is it my computer settings or the game?
- Being able to see and target a mob within certain distances depends on many factors including the size of the mob, the map, the type of weapon you are using, your computer settings, etc. We are investigating this issue to see if there is something we need to address and will update you if there is a change.
- Why is my Blue item is better than my Purple?
- Since adding item rarity, we’ve received some reports of certain weapon stats not living up to their new color status. These items are being evaluated currently by our developers and will be addressed in an upcoming patch.
